Another Collaboration between Apero Wine Bar and Bistrot Quotidien !
The trilingual wine dinner hosted by Bistrot Quotidien last November, in conjunction with apéro.'s sommelier Fabien Fleury, was a great success! There is now another being scheduled for May, complete with a new menu and wines!
Just as in November, the wine dinner is a great opportunity to taste dishes prepared by Chef Ryosuke Sudo (who spent five years working for Michelin multi-starred restaurants in France) together with wine selected by Apero Wine Bar.
PLACE: Bistrot Quotidien !
DATE: Thursday, May 16th.
TIME: Doors open at 6:30, with dinner starting at 7:00.
PRICE: 10,000 yen (Including tax and service charge)
The selection of wines featured at the dinner are all by quality-conscious small wine producers. Fabien Fleury will be talking about each of them in English, French, and Japanese. And Chef Ryosuke Sudo will present a five course menu to be paired with apéro.'s wines.
