2. Reservation & Cancellation Policy
We use TableCheck for all reservations. By making a reservation, you agree to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy:
48 hours or more before reservation: 50% of the reservation price
Within 24 hours before reservation: ¥3,000 per person
Within 24 hours / Same Day / No-Show: 100% of the reservation price
Dining Room Cancellation Fees:
Within 24 hours: 100% charge
Within 2 days: 50% charge
How to Cancel:
Please cancel via your TableCheck account or contact us directly as soon as possible.
Late Arrivals:
If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation may be cancelled.
Group Reservations (11+ guests):
For large parties, please contact the restaurant directly. Special conditions may apply.
Payment:
TableCheck may request a credit card to secure your reservation. You will only be charged in the event of a cancellation subject to fees or a no-show.

3. Alcohol Service Policy
Underage Drinking:
In compliance with Japanese law, we strictly do not serve alcohol to customers under the age of 20. ID verification may be requested.
Driving:
We do not serve alcohol to drivers (including bicycle riders). Please use public transport or a designated driver service (daikou) if you intend to drink. We can assist in arranging transportation.
4. Privacy Policy
Data Collection:
We collect personal information (Name, Phone, Email, Dietary Restrictions) solely to manage your reservation and improve your dining experience.
Third-Party Systems:
We use trusted third-party platforms for reservations (TableCheck) and CRM. Your data is processed securely in accordance with Japan's APPI regulations.
Marketing:
We may send you occasional invitations to special events or seasonal menus only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
