At APÉRO AOYAMA Winebar & Table, the menu moves with the seasons, shaped by Japan’s coasts, fields, and mountains and by the producers our chef visits in person. Local organic ingredients are treated with French sensibility, often placing vegetables at the centre of the plate and playing with unexpected yet harmonious combinations.
Each evening’s omakase and à la carte dishes are designed with wine in mind inviting you to explore pairings from your first apéritif to your final sip. Current menus and wine lists, as well as private event packages, can be viewed below. We welcome tailor-made events for roughly 10 to 60 guests, with bespoke pairings and menus available on request.
