apéro.’s story started in 2014 when we came from France to open a wine bar and restaurant in Tokyo (Aoyama). We created this place, driven by the idea of offering a new approach of French gastronomy and wines.
We pride ourselves on a thoroughly thought through sourcing and a great sense of hospitality. We believe good products and nice people make great experiences, and that what we care about the most: great experiences, great memories about sharing wines, feel the French pace of life, enjoy gastronomy in a simple way.
We are open for Lunch on Saturday and National Holidays, from 12:00-16:00 (LO 15:00)
We can also arrange lunch on weekdays for private events, seminars, workshops...

apéro.’s project aims to always push further the connexion with the men and women who grow the products we are eating (and drinking) daily.
As hospitality workers we take responsibility of following the pace of farmers to offer a sustainable way of food consumption. That’s why we decided to let our partners farmers lead what will be on the menu by sending every week the best of their vegetable garden.
So our Chefs will take care of creating a whole menu based on this organic, local and seasonal ingredients. This menu will change regularly according to the availability and condition of the products.
