At the heart of Villé, the Jos distillery. Nusbaumer succeeds in the purest tradition of the country, the full range of prestigious spirits and liqueurs of the soil. 
With its continental climate, with warm summers and cold winters, the valley of Villé produces fruit of a particularly suitable quality for the production of water spirits.

For generations, we were in the boiler Nusbaumer family; creating a craft distillery in 1947 was the logical outcome that allowed to commercially exploit the knowledge gained by centuries of practice. 
The art of distillation does not preclude modernization. If a rational hardware and bright and clean premises have favorably influenced the practical side, ancestral techniques were jealously guarded.
