Located in the French Alps, Thomas Finot is a very enthusiastic and dedicated person. Young winemaker, he started to run his own estate in 2008. Truly concerned by the protection of the environment he work with both organic and biodynamic methods, giving to his wines a unique touch. His Crozes-Hermitage are for example very elegant, fruity and with an excellent minerality that will pair well with fine cuisine. Thomas is also passionate by old grapes and has focused on traditional Savoie grapes such as Verdesse, Persan or Etraire-de-la-Dhuy to make his delicate wines. Indeed old vines and old grape variety have been key to the state’s current success.
Currently expanding the size of his vineyard, we hope to get more of such in a near future!
