Apéro. presents coffee roaster Satoru Ohashi, owner of Satoru coffee but also football coach and snowboard instructor in Hakuba, Nagano prefecture.
Satoru :
“I was Born in Kobe city, Hyogo prefecture. After graduation from Toyama University, I traveled around Japan and overseas. During a long stay in New Zealand and Australia, I experienced the coffee culture and got influenced by the many people I met before going to Papua New Guinea on my way back to Japan. I moved to Hakuba village in Nagano prefecture in 2011 and started to build a small house my own garden in 2017. There I opened my micro coffee roastery in February 2018 which I named SATORU COFFEE. In my shop I offer specialty coffees bean and takeaway drinks too.”
At apéro we fell in love with Satoru’s passion for coffee and decided to start serving his coffee at apéro in early 2019.
